  I seriously hate going to the dentist! The first time I came to Dr. Slezaks all of my fears went out the window. The staff at this office are AMAZING! They’re so friendly and personable, the office is very clean and oh so fancy ;) they will Be my life long dentist office.

  The service that my family received from the dental hygienist and dentist was great, but the people at the receptionist desk and the office manager are not friendly or business like at all. My Mother took the kids in for one appointment because we are both working parents at the end of the appointment she was approached that there was an existing bill. My mom replied I don’t think my daughter knew or she would have paid it. The lady behind the desk than told my mother “She cannot keep doing this" implying that we knew we had a bill. When I spoke to the office Manager the next day she referred to us as those people. Explain to me that some people (meaning us) send in a friend or a grand parent to dodge the bill. I explained that was not the case there dad had brought them in every single time before that and no bill was mentioned...ever... So this just makes me sick that people still categorized people and we had no clue we owed the 68.50 WOW just rude and very sad. I told her if we owed you should have called a parent not confront and disrespect my mom in a wheelchair in public my mom was humiliated.
