- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My family and I have been seeing Doctor Bossi for about 5 years now. At first it was great. Now it is getting to be horrible. The staff members are rude and don't treat you very well. They are forgetting that the patient is their customer. Without their patients they don't have a job. Dr. Bossi I believe stopped listening to us as his patients and when we are trying to get medications etc just right he gives up and passes you on to another doctor. I am firing Dr. Bossi and his staff as my Doctor. I even called his office and requested a phone call from Dr. Bossi because I believe in being upfront with people and giving them a chance to improve but his staff told me that the Doctor doesn't make calls to his patients and i would have to schedule an appointment to see him. Don't recommend going to this doctor.September 02, 2017by Michael D
